About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–7 years of experience to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support key business processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, build scalable Salesforce applications, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement custom Salesforce applications.
- Develop high-quality code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize and extend Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Salesforce platform.
Preferred Skills
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Lightning App Builder, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, DML operations, and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future Methods).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git/version control, CI/CD, and deployment tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience developing Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns, web services, and API development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
