About the Application
Finsup is a modern finance app built to simplify EMI planning and tax estimation for salaried professionals, freelancers, and business owners in India. The app helps users calculate loan repayments and income tax with real-time precision, empowering smarter financial decisions — all without requiring login or complex inputs.
The Challenge
Finsup came to us with an early-stage concept and the following goals:
- Build a mobile-first calculator for EMIs and income tax tailored to Indian financial rules
- Ensure fast, real-time results without heavy onboarding
- Maintain a simple and frictionless UI for first-time users
- Create a structure ready for future modules like savings goals and expense tracking
Our Solution
We designed and developed Finsup entirely in Flutter, with Firestore and SQLite powering dynamic financial logic and offline support.
Product Architecture & Logic
- Developed robust logic for EMI, interest rate, and tenure combinations
- Implemented Indian tax slab logic with support for both old and new regimes
- Enabled comparison of multiple loan/tax scenarios for informed decision-making
- Used local SQLite storage for fast offline access and recent history
UI/UX Design
- Crafted a clean, mobile-first design optimized for quick actions
- Integrated visual sliders and interactive charts to make data more understandable
- Built a no-login experience to encourage usage and reduce drop-off
- Designed subtle animations and micro-interactions for a premium feel
